Refurbishment & Extension to Period Property

Lincolnshire, Autumn 2012

This project involved internal plastering of a living-space extension, followed by full refurbishment of the external rendering to the entire property. Our expert team were able to deliver a finish externally that incorporated the new areas of the property with the existing – a complete transformation, yet still in-keeping with the original style of this period property.

We began with suitable preparation, which consisted of carefully fixing galvanised mesh to the existing surface to provide a firm and secure base. This was followed by an over-render using traditional sand and cement techniques. Our flawless work was finished with painting to complete the perfect look for our client.
